Ok, what's up with women hating me? I am so sick and tired of female customers calling up my boss and telling my boss that I am not doing my job. What the hell? I mean I have bent over backwards for half of these women, but when one little thing doesn't go their way they pitch the biggest fits. I am sick an tired of it. I'm sure that most of these women grew up getting whatever they wanted from mommy and daddy, so this stems from that, but come on now. GROW UP!!!!!!!!!!! I am so pissed off right now. I hardly ever have problems with any of my customers, but I have 2, who just happen to be women, that I believe would do anything in their power to try to cover their ass and get me fired while doing it. It's funny that none of my male customers act in this childish way. If they aren't happy, they let me know, I fix it, and that's it. It's done. But with these 2 particular women it is a battle with them everyday and I am JUST SICK OF IT!!!!!!! I don't know what causes some women to act in this way. Do you girls have any answers for me? I mean I am at my wits end. The good thing is that my boss knows exactly how she (the bitchy customer) is, so he just wants to make sure that we have our asses covered.
Moriah, you remember when we used to work at Belk, and there was that one lady there who hated both of us? I can't remember her name. That's the type of people that I end up having to deal with day in and day out. I don't understand why, because I am as nice of a person as I can be. I just don't understand what I have done to piss someone off that bad to put my job in jeopardy!
I just really needed to vent! Thanks for listening. This will pass over very quickly I hope. I am just sick and tired of being made out to be the bad person. It's so childish!

You need to put them in their place and let them know you're not putting up with it. People like that usually aren't near as brave as they try to act like they are when you are well a bitch back. :0 ) I know you have it in you...you can do it!!
Kellie's right. What you should say is that from now on you would like for them let you know if there is a problem before going to your boss. Be firm but nice. Let them know you're just doing your job to the best of your ability and if they don't like it, screw 'em! I know how the whole bitchy women thing is. They're the biggest pains in butt, and usually they're just bitching for the sake of hearing themselves talk.
I know. I've tried to have her come to me with any problems, but do you think that she contacted me about any of it? NO! There is really no problem at all, but she makes a mountain out of a mole hill. She is just one of those women that is miserable, and wants to make everyone around her miserable as well. Oh well, my boss knows EXACTLY how she is. He can't stand her! LOL!

I know that women are sometimes the hardest to work with. These two women thrive off of conflict and I am one of the few people who love to counter act that. Kill her with so much freakin' kindness her head spins and she feels guilty for being rude and approaching your boss. DO whatever it takes to please her. She wants you to be upset. She lives for issues of such...or she would not have went to your boss. Your right she loves making a mountain so call it an icecream sundae, add some whip cream and a cherry and enjoy! She will never expect it and you are then the better person leaving her feeling like crap for being so wrong!!
